Description
Sandtex Microseal Ultra Smooth masonry paint provides the best protection. Its flexible coating which resists peeling, cracking and flaking also has the added benefit of being rainproof in 1 hour, so you can complete the job even if the weather forecast is not reliable.
How to use:
All surfaces must be clean and dry. New surfaces will usually require little preparation, but must be completely dry before painting.
Stir before use. Apply with a masonry brush or exterior brush. For best results 2 coats are required.
Allow to dry for 3-4 hours before second coat.
Suitable to use on sound rendered surface, roughcast, pebbledashed, concrete surface, building blocks, facing bricks, emulsion or masonry painted areas.
Coverage: up to 16 m2 per litre. 5 L on smooth rendering will cover 60 m2 – may vary on surface texture.
